Career Mode is available in both single-player and multiplayer modes. In multiplayer mode, each player earns separate Star Power, but your skills as a band still contribute towards Band Moments scores. In single-player mode, the gameplay involves building up Star Power. You can play Guitar Hero 5 in single-player or multiplayer mode. This multi-instrument feature first appeared in Guitar Hero World Tour, but this version also lets you include multiple players on single instruments. When you play correct notes, you earn points while incorrect points reduces your score. You play along with the music and match notes in the guitar tracks as they scroll up the screen. Like other Guitar Hero video games, Guitar Hero 5 lets you play lead guitar or other instruments in a digital rock band. Enjoy awesome opening and cut video sequences throughout the game. It also offers a variety of features that do not appear in previous games. Guitar Hero 5 for Sony PlayStation 2 is the fifth installment in the popular Guitar Hero series, offering an excellent playlist packed with music from many different genres.
